Wasabi (Powdered Horseradish), 1 OZ 

This high quality wasabi is a powerful, nose-tingling condiment. Mix equal parts of wasabi and water to form a paste. Cover and let sit for ten minutes to allow the pungent flavor to mature. Use sparingly on sushi fillings and toppings, or mix with Sushi Chef® Soy Sauce for a sashimi dip.
