Sushi Chef® Pure Sesame Oil is made from premium toasted sesame seeds. It has a full, rich, nutty sesame flavor. Because of its low smoking point, it is not used as cooking oil. Best used sparingly as a seasoning in prepared dishes, dressings, and marinades.
