Traditional Japanese Yakimono Sauce, 10 FL OZ

Used for cooking, glazing, and pan-frying

Sushi Chef® Traditional Japanese Yakimono Sauce is a sweet soy based glaze that adds a delicious flavor and sheen to grilled, broiled, and pan-fried foods. It contains the highest quality ingredients including naturally brewed soy sauce and Mirin.

Baste chicken, beef, fish, or vegetables with the Yakimono Sauce when grilling or broiling. For pan-frying, add the sauce to the skillet after sautéing the food with a little oil. Turn food several times to cover with a lustrous, flavorful glaze.

Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
