Mix equal parts of Wasabi and water to form a paste. Let it sit covered for ten minutes to allow the pungent flavor to mature.

Wasabi adds zest to sauces, salad dressings, and dips. It is an imaginative ingredient in any recipe! Traditionally, Wasabi is used sparingly on sushi fillings and toppings, or mixed with soy sauce for a sashimi dip.
